Our team is experienced and approachable - and what’s more, we love what we do!

We are a small team, but we make ourselves available whenever you need to discuss your finances, and if that means meeting you outside of normal office hours, that’s fine by us. You will get to know us, and we will get to know you so that the advice we give you is specifically tailored to you. We are here to listen to your problems and answer your questions so that you can concentrate on running your business, knowing that we are taking care of your accounting and tax obligations in the background. We truly become part of your team.

We are committed to maintaining our up-to-date knowledge of current tax and company legislation, and with this range of knowledge and experience, you can be sure that your affairs are being looked after by the right people.

We all love surprises, but not when it comes to your accountancy fees.

We know that enabling you to budget effectively is important and so we will agree a fixed fee with you in advance of starting work. To assist cash flow, we offer the chance to pay our fees in monthly instalments over the year, and this is payable by standing order so that you always remain in control.

We do not believe in billing for every email received and phone call taken – if you have a concern, you need to be able to contact your adviser for initial advice without the added worry of additional fees running out of control. We will keep you updated every step of the way, and if we are tasked to do additional work that falls outside of our initial engagement, we will tell you.

We therefore undertake to never send you a fee note that you are not expecting.
